Refund Policy

Social AI Poster is a product of Lone Star AI Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). We offer a straightforward refund policy for our subscriptions.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. No questions asked. The 14-day window starts on the date of your first paid charge — not the start of your free trial. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged at all.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed with Lone Star AI Solutions LLC for the Social AI Poster product and handles payment processing, billing, tax, invoicing, refunds and related customer service inquiries. This matches the Merchant-of-Record disclosure in our Terms of Service.

To request a refund, you can:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you purchased with, and request a refund directly.
• Or email us at support@socialaiposter.com and we will help you through the process.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Renewals and Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or each year, if you're on the annual plan). You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
