Social AI Poster is a product of Lone Star AI Solutions LLC ("Lone Star AI Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you use the Social AI Poster website, applications and services (the "Service"). For the purposes of the GDPR/UK GDPR, Lone Star AI Solutions LLC is the "controller" of your personal information.

Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, hashed password, and authentication tokens.
- Business profile: business name, industry, description, tone preferences, target audience.
- Prompts and content: text and content you generate with or upload to the Service.
- Payment information: billing name, address and last four digits of your card. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Social AI Poster orders. Full card numbers are handled by Paddle's PCI-compliant systems and are never stored on our servers.
- Usage, device and log data.
How we use your information
To provide, secure and improve the Service; generate content; process payments; respond to support; comply with legal obligations.
Who we share with
- Service providers and sub-processors (hosting, database, email, analytics, AI model providers).
- Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) — receives billing and transaction data to process payments, calculate tax, issue invoices, handle refunds and provide payment-related customer service. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed. We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and secure OAuth.
International transfers
We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring data internationally.
